Coast Guard Public School organized an educational trip to Hindustan Pencils Ltd.
, Silvassa for the students of Classes IX and XI to provide practical exposure to industrial processes and corporate working environments. The visit was aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical classroom learning and real-world applications. During the visit, students were introduced to the manufacturing process of pencils, from raw material selection to final packaging. They observed modern machinery, quality control measures, and safety practices followed in the factory. The students also gained insights into large-scale production, management systems, and the importance of efficiency and precision in manufacturing industries.
