Our school actively participated in the TB Mukt Abhiyan, an initiative aimed at creating awareness about tuberculosis (TB) and promoting a TB-free India.
The campaign focused on educating students about the causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment of TB. During the program, students were informed that TB is a contagious disease but is completely preventable and curable with timely diagnosis and proper medication. Awareness sessions, poster-making activities, and informative talks were conducted to spread the message of early detection and healthy practices. Students and teachers took a pledge to support the mission of eliminating TB from our country and to help reduce the stigma associated with the disease. The importance of maintaining hygiene, proper nutrition, and regular health check-ups was also emphasized. The TB Mukt Abhiyan served as a meaningful step towards building awareness and responsibility among students, contributing to the national goal of a TB-Free India.
